Zipclip Account and Data Deletion
Effective date: September 17, 2026
This page explains the difference between revoking Google access, deleting a Zipclip account, and deleting project content.
Revoke Google access
Open the Google Account third-party connections page, find Zipclip, and remove its access. This stops future sign-in through that Google authorization. It does not automatically delete the Zipclip account, videos, transcripts, or exported data.
Request account deletion
Email support@nildev.net from the email address used for the Zipclip account and use “Account deletion request” as the subject. Do not send a password, Google password, access token, or other login secret.
We may request information sufficient to verify account ownership. The deletion scope may be affected by security, billing, audit, backup retention, and legal obligations.
Request project or file deletion
To request deletion of a specific video, audio file, transcript, script, caption, project, or exported video, include the project name or other information needed to identify the content.
An archive or hide action in the product does not mean permanent deletion. Backups and records retained for legal or security purposes may remain until their applicable retention periods end.
See the Zipclip Privacy Policy for more information.
